- There are two minor errors I noted which you may want to correct in the text of this Course, so as to avoid reader confusion: 1) RE confidentiality dictates IAW SAMSHA-1994b, I think you meant to say "information already in the possession of 'INQUIREE'..." -- not 'INQUIRERs; and: 2) Suboxone tabs are HEXAGONAL, not "octagonal". Also, it's best not to modify any adjective describing only shape only with '- shaped' -- any more than you needed to mention the tabs are 'orange-colored'. The tablets are hexagonal and orange. Otherwise, proofing of this Course material was very good. -J.J. Stockard, MD, PhD / Topeka, KS (5/12/11)

- The Web-site training program is awkward in that, when I got to the end of a course before the "allotted" time, my ability to choose which particualr areas to review was quite limited. I think that future users might appreciate being able to choose exactly which areas to review in order to fulfill the time allotment. - Anonymous (1/29/11)

- Great program, east to use, informative and lots of excellent resources. -David--Orange County, CA. (12/22/11)
- Very easy to understand. -BupPractice user (12/21/11)
- The first day my name went on-line as a certified buprenorphine prescribe, my office received 30 calls about it. - BupPractice user (10/31/11)
- Tremendous outcry from community has resulted in the plan for our office to do "group induction" days- where the sole activity of the day is to initiate treatment. It has strategically made initiation days much more thorough, and created less chaos in the practice since 1 patient inductions are no longer distressing the day's schedule. Highly recommended. -BupPractice user (10/29/11)
- A 30 yo vet who was quite addicted to pain meds (oxycodone up to 150 pills every few weeks) even after his foot wound healed, tried suboxone and since then has re-started school with a 3.9 average, works fulltime at night and his marriage is revitalized. -Graham Hoffman, M.D., Pueblo, CO (10/28/11)
- excellent review course and you will feel confident upon completion of using Suboxone in your setting. - BupPractice user (10/27/11)
- Patient outcome depend on education and acceptance of addiction is a multifactor disease need multidisiplinary team to have sucessful outcome. -BupPractice user (10/26/11)
- Training program was great. - Ironwood, Mi (10/26/11)
- Since doing the training I have changed jobs. My current job does not have an established program as my previous job did. I have not utilized the training though feel it is worthwhile to have done. -BupPractice user (10/26/11)
- Most opiate dependent patients I see as an inpatient psychiatrist have little insight or motivation to engage in treatment. Further, most of my patients have medicaid, or no insurance at all (community mental health only) and therefore cannot afford to purchase this medication even if they did have desire to start a trial. Finding providers is also problematic. I only do medically supervised detox on patients without medical comorbidities who express an interest in treatment for their opiate dependence. -Detroit, Michigan (10/26/11)
