Step 3: Complete the Demographics Profile

Step 4: Complete the Program (Pre-Assessments, Modules, Post-Assessments)

Step 5: Request CME

Step 6: Print your DATA 2000 Training Certificate and Submit Your Waiver Request

Step 7: Expand Your Knowledge and Promote Your Practice

If you complete the 1 month follow up survey, we will provide a $25 donation to support a local organization in NC related to addiction or may be eligible for a $25 refund on the cost of your training. To be eligible you must have paid for the training yourself within the past 50 days. Not applicable to coupon users.
